At the grocery store today....announcement over the loudspeaker for the owner of a Honda Accord. Not me of course. Next thing I knew we were walking out and a man was smashing in the window of said Honda Accord. Old Poodle that was blind had been left in the car. Some people. All the people who had witnessed this of course agreed that no one saw who actually smashed the window. Animal Control had been called. When I finally left the owner still hadn't shown up. That dog would have been dead for sure by then.

Got to wonder about some people, Wolfy. Glad somebody broke the window. Sad when vandalism is in a good cause, isn't it?

So...I just spent the morning in the emergency room. I've been having problems all weekend with double vision. It's not consistent but got bad enough yesterday that I called the advice nurse number today and they said I should go to the emergency room.

They did a CT scan and all was well there so now I'm referred to my own doctor. I hope I can get an appointment for tomorrow. They seem to think it's a problem with weak muscles rather than an eye problem. My doctor will probably refer me to a specialist and I don't know how long this will all take.

In the meantime I don't want to drive because I don't know when this will happen again. So I'm worrying about work when I should probably be taking it easy.

Well, hopefully the specialist will be able to figure out what's going on. Yikes. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it's something that can be remedied quick.
Hang in there, lindyhop.
:)

P.S. I was taught the Shim Sham last night at rehearsals. I thought of you. I still dance like a giraffe on ice but I'm getting better.

Oh no! Hope they figure it out and you get better soon!

I hope they figure out what is going on, LH! I'm glad the CT scan was ok though.

Thanks for your thoughts. I'm not used to not being in control and I don't like it.

Check out this Shim Sham. I'm in the group at the 22 seconds mark. I think.
