Hmmmm.... Maybe that's how I've been losing weight? Makes more sense than what I've come up with so far...

Add to that equation water, though... Or you'll be dehydrated like... umm... something really dry.

I wish I could remember who sang that song. I used to hear it all the time on Dr. Demento way back when I lived in Monterey. That song and "Pencil Neck Geek" by Classie Freddie Blassie are my all-time Demento faves.
