Meh, no need to change it. A little confusion is good for the soul.

Being a busy on-the-go kinda guy, when I go shopping for basil, there's only one place I'll buy it from: Delight Farms. In this current economic climate, it's the smart choice. So the next time you're at your local grocery store, look for the name you can trust: Delight Farms Basil.

Basil is selling himself now? What a whore!

Right on cue I spotted this morning a sprout in the basil patch, and several in the lettuce. Hopefully more basil should be appearing in short order, with the parsley and carrots a few days behind.

Yay! I get so nervous when I start from seeds. I could have spent all that time turning, fertilizing, sowing, watering, and just stared at dirt for weeks with nothing ever sprouting. Now I know something will grow.

I do the same thing! Waiting and wondering how long I should continue to water the barren patch of dirt.

The birds keep going after our sunflower seedlings. I'm thinking we may have to rent a cat or maybe get one of those fake owls. At least you've got the rabbit to keep your vegetable patch safe.

Have you tried talking to your barren patch of ground?
