By contrast, homedespot.com is available for the taking.

So... I've been cleaning up my iTunes music database and was updating a compilation CD that had a bunch of great bands, like the Chemical Brothers, Crystal Method, Massive Attack, etc. when I noticed the CD was produced in 1997. Heck - it's almost ten years old, and I still think of these bands as "contemporary" now I'm feeling doubly-old. Gotta find some new music...

You're doing better than me. I still swear I was born in the wrong decade.

You learn something every day.
I've been saying "reocurring" my whole life. It's "recurring".
Funny, no?

Last night I had the pleasure of calling 911 on the way home. BT picked me up after a night of revelry (it was a friend's birthday and 80s night at the local gay disco) and we were headed home on the freeway when we ended up behind this semi flatbed trailer thing. And it was drifting between lanes. Like it would slowly drift into the next lane, get more than halfway over, and suddenly correct. Repeatedly. Fortunately there wasn't much traffic. I dunno if they ever got stopped because we arrived at our exit, but at least I did my civic duty.

Here's another:

It's regardless, not irregardless. As in "Regardless of whether I pay or not...", not "Irregardless of wheather I pay or not..." I use to use it myself until someone told me the word isn't real. But then they said the same thing about "aint" and now it is a word.:D

Wow... I never knew so much vomit could be expelled from one small child - I hope his parents are proud of such a wonderful piece of modern art...

My peeve is when people say, "I could care less," when they mean, "I couldn't care less."

End of fiscal year is tomorrow.

I really need to get out of government work.
