I got my photo taken with Shaun and Zombie Ed last night at Horror Nights.

They've got their own scare zone :)

All the zombies liked my shirt-

I learned this morning that the unofficial state fish of Hawaii is the:

humuhumunukunukuapua'a

Go ahead; pronounce that - I dare you (although Lani probably can and possibly Alex)

HOO-MOO-HOO-MOO-NOO-KOO-NOO-KOO-AH-POO-AH-AH

Yeah, there was this huge campaign to vote for the state fish back when I was in grade school. There were prettier fish candidates but the trigger fish won because of its name popularized by the "Little Grass Shack" song.

Pshaw.

But that name's nothing.

Here are my sisters' Hawaiian names:

Older sister: Maileha'evaleonaunanokulepumepumehana.

Younger sister: Kaleolaniokeanuenue.

100% true, btw.
:)

Yes, I can pronounce it. It isn't hard since it (like pretty much all Hawaiian words) is pronounced exactly the way it looks. So once you're familiar with the phonetics of the language you can do a pretty good approximation of almost anything you see.

What's your Hawiian name GC?

Kanani

(According to my loony step-grandmother, it's bad luck to give a boy a long Hawaiian name.)

My friend Jeff handed out a bunch of leaflets at yesterdays Zombieland press screening for his really cool Subway Zombie ride and Hollywood Zombie Walk on Saturday, October 17. Anyone can play! Come as a zombie to the North Hollywood Metro Station at 4pm for a fun ride into Hollywood and even more fun shamble along the Walk of Fame ... as ZOMBIES.

Sound like fun? Want more info? PM me ... or just follow @SubwayZombie on Twitter.

This is going to be a blast!!!
