I had penne and meatballs with marinara, caesar salad, and a BIG chocolate brownie drowning in hot fudge. It was extra yummy, because it was free, and it was served to me by the park president.

The perfect meal, IMO.

Tonight it's moussaka and salad.

Whatever's on the vintner's table menu.

Honey-Pepper glazed chicken breast with fire roasted peppers, red skin potatoes and zucchini.

Yum.

Freaking love Trader Joe's. I had some kind of curried rice dish with peppers, apples and raisins in it as a side dish with my chicken patty & cheese sandwich.

edit: it's called Biryani and I should add that the 1tbsp of oil I used in the pan was my lemon-infused olive oil. Nom.

Bill made shrimp satay. It was yummy.

Too much talk of Dutch babies in the other thread... now I'm making one (using Alex's recipe... thanks!)

Dutch babies? As long as you're not talking about Dutch Rudder...

Ken made us french toast with sliced King's Hawaiian bread and grilled bacon for dinner. :D

My honey's really getting good at cooking!
