I imagine it take some finessing and experience to achieve the necessary neutral buoyancy.

They include a neutral buoyancy compensation system.

If it rises you add some putty, if it falls you take some out.

Get a tank for the next LoT party, and 30 of you can fill your Bruces or Nemos !! That would be a sight to see !!

....either that or fill one or two Bruces and Nemos and the rest of you talk funny.
