Nickolas picked our bedroom lock once. He was around 2-3 at the time. He used part of a toy to do it. He never did it again.

Like I said, the bathroom's an alternate, unlockable route with a door literally adjacent to the main door. So it's not a big deal.

From personal experience - the $10-$15 lock is cheaper than $150 for a locksmith or a busted up door jam. If anything, make sure there is a key stashed somewhere other than on your keys or in the bedroom. That would have saved me a ton of grief last night.

I did not see this before I posted. I still say stash that key.

calling SacTown...urgent

from Al's update

The response from Disney has been to start designing prototype bobsleds that will seat six people in individual compartments under lapbars (think Space Mountain in Orlando), instead of the current seating of eight people in four compartments with shared seatbelts. So get in your rides on the Matterhorn with your favorite date now, as the future Matterhorn bobsled cars will be far less cozy than they were for the first 48 years.
hurry down babycakes~

Noooooooo!

Cadaverous Pallor 11-01-2006 09:43 AM

I just checked and according to Al the current refurb isn't going to do anything. The planned changes are for the future. Thank GOD we get to ride it again in it's current configuration.

It's sad that I'm watching House and all I can think is why is Phil of the Future dressed like Curtis the Caveman? There's way too much Disney Channel watching at my house.

In that case, larger passengers take it in the rear. Or something.

Hmm. I didn't read back but the issue with the bathroom....

I am not sure what the lock is called but we can open it with a tiny headed philips' screwdriver.

My sons' bedroom door also has this type of lock and I am always having to unlock it. I keep the 'key' in the cupboard inbetween the two doors.

The other bedrooms have keys and I have a copy stashed.

BTD~ I am sorry to hear you had problems. Nothing worse than trying to get into a locked door....frustrating.
