Good thing I didn't put the flannel on the bed and left the AC unit in the bedroom.

Looks more like S & M to me.

I pulled out my down comforter when it was raining. It's a PITA to get 'just so' in the cover so AC it is.

Go you!

I would run the AC while wrapped in a blankie with a fire burning in the fireplace, if I wouldn't feel so ecologically irresponsible for doing it.

I transcended pain...I'm now officially divorced!

I think I'll post this in a couple more threads just to spread my happy happy joy joy.

Any earnest attempts to tell me to get over pain will be met with biting, as per Kevy's story.

*Note use of word "probably". All contracts become non-binding upon onset of contractions.

Innocent lamb, remember 3894's First Rule of Pregnancy and Childbirth: If Mommy suffers, then Daddy must also suffer.

OK, Snowflake. I found a pic of the bed I think Tango would like.

I know your tongue is part-way in cheek, but to get serious for a moment - I don't agree. There are many women who forbid their spouses from drinking or riding rollercoasters while they have to sit these things out, but that's not my way of thinking. Perhaps it's more like If Mommy suffers, then Daddy better be in the best mood possible, so that he can pick up all of Mommy's slack. I want my hubby happy so that when I am completely irrational he has the reserves to put up with me.

<insert GD's joke about how I was always irrational here>
