 Last night I had roasted corn and crab chowder, which was delicious, and a burger, which was good.  Tonight I haven't decided.  Might have pizza.  Or the chicken.  And maybe the chocolate cake. |

 I think I read this on this thread somewhere... anyway, tonight's menu is tri-tip in the Crock Pot.   I didn't have any beef broth, so I used a can of chicken broth, plus several cups of water, and a package of onion soup mix. Tossed in some carrots for good measure. We'll see if it comes up something edible or if Alex is going to kill me for destroying a Harris Ranch tri-tip ;) |
