Yesterday sent out Masquerade Party reminder with YouTube links to movies with Masquerade scenes. The only movie represented “twice” was two versions of “Romeo and Juliet.” Today, my roommate finally finds and buys a replacement he likes for sunglasses he’s had for 8 years, were badly damaged and finally went missing last week. The replacement model sunglasses are the “Juliet.” It replaces the 8-year old “Romeos.” The jacket I’m wearing for my Masquerade costume was worn by Capulet in a production of Romeo and Juliet. It was a production by the Los Angeles Opera. A famous musical number in Phantom of the Opera is “Masquerade,” sent out as one of the YouTube links in the Masquerade Party reminder yesterday.’
