I LOVE the pictures, Alex! The jungle is a magical place.

Finishing up work on 250+ pics from the Petersen today. I didn't realize until I got home, that I had the DNR turned off on my camera- so all the pics look much noisier than I'm used to. I guess I'll have to go back and reshoot, shucks :D

Nice, Alex!

Me, I had 6 hours of work today and whiskey in my glass tonight so I am happy.

So, it's Florida again... Sarasota this time.

Built in a day of vacation to go see J's grandma and any family that might be around. Problem is, she's been out of town, and I dunno if she'll be in town when I'm out there.

So, just in case... anyone in Tampa? Heh... :)

My 4-year-old niece has definitely been hanging out with my Dad - her vocabulary is surprising and funny.

On Saturday, she met Ariel at the Princess Theater in DL. Ariel apparently told her that if she sees Scuttle, she should give him a message that Ariel is looking for him. For the rest of the day and through the evening, Ella kept saying that we had to look for Scuttle. Over dinner at Storytellers, we told Ella that Scuttle, wherever he was, was probably already asleep.

"Some seagulls are diurnal," she argued, "and some are nocturnal."

She will be a great lawyer some day.

Scuttle can generally be found hanging out with a few of his buddies over at the Finding Nemo attraction. ;)

I'm better now. Went to my zen place and am better.

What also helped (as shallow as this may be) was that I met a nice man from Switzerland at Costco. His name is Johann. He's traveling the world for a year. He. Was. Gorgeous.
:)

Okay, I just needed to have my Blanche Devereaux moment for a second.
