Ok, I just have to derail a little bit more. They might want to contact a local vet to see if there is a feral cat society in their area. Most of them will set humane traps, fix the animals, and then put them back where they got them -- or some variation of that with the 'feeders' assistance. Allows the cats to remain feral but stops the cycle of litters. |
