A funny irony about the cake: even though it was baked in my house and I transported it: I never got any :(

I'll take the bait on the cake. It was delicious and I can't believe it's been a year since I've had it!

And I'll take the bait on the book. When I first glanced through it many many many months ago, I thought it was a charming throwback to the quintesstial boy pursuits of wistfully bygone yesteryear ... and never suspected it would become the pop touchstone and cultural megahit it managed to pull off.

Ken loves it! :) He's even learned a few things from it... I wonder if I should be worried. ;)
