In honor of today a local artisanal bakery was serving pizza with potato and cabbage.

It was very good.

Lamb is yummy!!!

I've had mutton... A little tough and gamy, but good. (It must be the Welsh in me.)

I love lamb also...rest of the Wolfpack doesn't have the taste for it though. Mutton is what I was brought up on..until we finally could afford lamb. Scottish here.

Lamb is awesome. Had it for the first time at a friend's house when I was invited over for their Christmas dinner. Yummy...with mint jelly. Awesome! :)

I just realized that I haven't eaten today...
Does a can of corned beef hash qualify as Irish?

I actually thought about going out tonight...for all of 2 seconds.

Nothing like celebrating St Pat's with taquitos and guac.

I ate a green cupcake at lunch

Agreed about Angela's Ashes, and I haven't seen My Left Foot in years, but I'm thinking a little Daniel Day Lewis is always a good idea.

I remembered to wear green, but I won't be leaving the house tonight. People are crazy enough on the road when they aren't fueled by green beer.

I went with tuna instead of hash. I put extra relish in it to give it some extra green.

The green cupcakes came out even greener
