Aw, sweet JW, if you think that pictures of naked men on hideous furniture would corrupt me beyond my existing corruption... well... I think my retro-fat-girl-next-door vibe is working harder than it should!

EEEeeesh. Yeah. My grandmother also has the Little Lord Fauntleroy pictures hanging in her condo. I repeat... WHY DEAR GOD DID MOM DO THAT TO US.

And the pictures we have are more like WWI era (and earlier), but not Civil War :) My dad's side of the family is from the old country.... Brooklyn. And before that Russia. On my mom's side, Canada, England and Poland. So I don't think any of my foreparents were in the US during the Civil War :)
