Hee hee. I actually had help from Tenigma, too. She posted a pic of the shirt online at MP a long time ago that I used as a model.

I liked Kevy's handmade Fastpasses and Susan's tasty Rum Punch.
:)

Wow, great costumes and a terrific venue and looks like it was a heck of a great party!

Yes, Chris' photo of the cat on the "dynamite" is just asking for LOLCat treatment.

Credit for the Fastpasses goes to Disneyphile - she made those for me.

And Susan was dishing out the "sugar" as, "A spoonful for person #1, a spoonful for me. A spoonful for person #2, a spoonful for me. A spoonful for person #3, twp spoonfuls for me..."

A whopping thanks to those who took the time to document the event. I have saved most of the photos, many of which will likely find there way onto my own Facebook and Flickr pages with a shout out to the photographers. Frolicking good time all around!

BTW, a special shout-out to GC. To make his F! shirt, he actually bought a WHITE shirt, died it yellow, and then, using a Sharpie, HAND-COLORED the big black bumble-bee stripe. The finishing touch was the F! logo printed on a clear label and affixed.

And he breaking-voice characterization was freaking hilarious!!!

You mean he wasn't a bumblebee?

Day of the Dead decorations

We're doing an altar in the house this year. Although I did not find this shop until today, going to try and get over there tomorrow.

So more of people's costumes:

Sohrshah and boyfriend Lance as Mad Madam Mim and Merlin:

DP and FP as the Yipyips (of Sesame Street/Muppets fame):

iSm as the Ghost Host:

Cherny and Beej as Prince Philip and Prince Eric:

LSPE and Tom as Miss Piggy and Kermit:

Not Afraid and Euro as stretching portraits (not pictured: NA brought her own alligator to place at her feet!)

Oh, this is funny... so we decided to get a group picture together, only nobody remembered that Steve was off to the store when we were doing it until nobody could find him for the photo.

I think someone needs to photoshop the camera out and a martini it, then this pic will be *perfect*

EH as a Shag girl:

Another pic of FP as a yipyip, but it's just too perfect not to share:

CP, GD, and GG as the Bride, Woody, and Shary Bobbins:

Isaac as the DTD waiter:

For some reason I can't find a great pic of Walt's Frozen head-in-a-box, so this'll have to do. Walt's frozen head out-of-the-box:

Heheh, I didn't notice till I emptied my pockets this morning that Kevy's Passhole FastPasses were custom jobs for the party. Thanks to him for that touch and kudos to Disneyphile for the work. It will be in the scrapbook of the El Mio Halloween Parties.

I'm so sorry I missed the group LoT Photo. It's a tradition at this party for the regular crowd to take a group shot on the stairs (and I was in this year's), but I love that LoT took this up as well ... real sorry I didnt' make it into both shots. It's such a pleasure to me to have my two big groups of friends share Halloween at the El Mio Mansion.
