Oh, thank you all for your well-wishes!

It was a bit of a busy day at work, but my evening has been a delightful introduction to my thirties. Tom took me to Osteria Mozza (Mario Batali and Nancy Silverton's swanky bistro on Melrose - rated frequently in the top few restaurants in the city.) And it was absolutely delish. Particularly their artisan mozzarella/escarole/shallots/bacon appetizer. I don't frequently partake of the bacon, but this was the tastiest combination of complex flavors I've... maybe... ever had. And the citrus sorbetto/gelato trio totally amused my bouche. I definitely recommend it. It's also good for celeb sightings, apparently. We were surrounded by a few of my favorites, and that's always fun.

But the true celebration will be with all of you loved ones on Saturday - you make me smile daily, and I can't wait to be playful and adventurous with you!
