Sorry to hear the sad news H & T :( :(

This has truly been a horrible year for our furbabies. I'm so sorry, H & T- I lost my kitty Haggis this year, and have another sick one that probably isn't going to make it as well. :(

I'm so sorry, WB. :(

Now that you mention it, you're right, it has been a tough year for the LoT pets. Our girl Pigeon (the tiny gray kitten we found in October of last year) escaped through an open window about 8 weeks ago. She squeezed herself between the screen and the window sill. I hadn't said anything because I felt so guilty about it. And we kept hoping she'd come back. We miss her terribly.

Aw hell.

Picked up our some-assembly-required crib and changing table/dresser today. I've nearly put the dresser together (very easy, took about an hour), but the 2nd to last piece seems to be cut wrong (either that, or every single other piece is cut wrong) so it will have to remain unfinished until we receive a replacement :(

JWBear 11-15-2009 11:18 AM

Or just do what my father would have done... Get out the power tools and make a piece that fits!

Ghoulish Delight 11-15-2009 11:21 AM

It would actually be very simple to make the piece fit with one cut on another piece, but the piece in question not only doesn't fit but it's damaged. And I can't just make a piece from scratch as I can't match the stain. So replacement piece is the only real option.

That never would have stopped my father! ;)

So sorry about your kitty, H & T. :(

Sayyyyyyy....
What's the deal?
I just noticed 2 TV shows that totally ripoff The Soup.
One was on Comedy Central and another one was on the Style network, I think.
I cry foul! I call shenanigans! No one should mess with my Joel.
:D

Assuming that the one on Style was The Dish, that's an official spinoff of The Soup. Other official spinoffs are Sports Soup on Versus and Web Soup on G4. To the limited extent I've seen those I haven't cared for them.

Was the one on Comedy Central tosh.0? If so that's not an official spinoff but I've actually liked it more than any of the others (with The Soup still miles ahead).
