well- so far so good. They are coming out tomorrow or Wednesday to check the plumbing problem and the taste problem- and no argument. The lady I spoke to seemed to be very understanding-so- let's hope!

Just got back from NYC at 3 a.m. -- and I didn't hate it! LOL, actually hubby was afraid that I would because I've complained bitterly about how so many of his transplanted NYC friends b!tch about L.A. all the time; I find that coastal rivalry tiresome and pointless. I hate that territorialism and have worked hard to not contribute to it. I've learned to just bite my tongue when people put L.A. (or any other area down). So I'm not going to argue, but I will say that the b!tching is annoying, no matter which coast you're on...

But so anyway, I really enjoyed the city, and hubby found that my outsider's perspective enriched his visit to a place he thought he knew well. And my refusal to engage in teh coastal warfare actually helped him realize how much he's come to love home too. Of course it helps that both of us agree that Barcelona is the bestest city in the world! :)
