So, today while I was on campus I ran into my legal writing professor and he stopped for a chat. He introduced me to the person he was with as one of the best students he'd ever had. So, I'm pretty much walking on air now.

So, I was driving down to walk a dog when I saw a firetruck, lights flashing but no sirens going, driving up Magnolia. With the harsh wind, I feared there was a fire. Imagine my relief and amusement I noticed that Santa was sitting on top of the snorkle truck waving at everyone.

The winds were awful last night. Driving home last night on the 241 I was being pushed all over the road.

Looking out the window they don't look much better.

The winds are so bad here that our living room is shaking from time to time.
Our autographed Aerosmith guitar display came crashing down this morning (no damage, but Rose let out one hell of a scream)
