I did my part for the economy and sold pet stuff to people. We had a decent day but it wasn't crazy. 2nd Street isn't like the malls, thank god.

It was your birthday? Happy happy! Kept it off the calendar, I see.

My Black Friday involved sleeping late, then visiting furniture shops to look at rocking recliners for the nursery. Furniture stores are definitely off the BF beaten path (especially at 2pm, I'd assume). No purchases made.

My contribution to the economy was a $2.09 frozen yogurt. Today I'm going to the park.

Finally enjoying my morning cup of coffee after an unexpected vet trip - Sid broke his hip this morning and is now resting at the vets on pains meds in prep for surgery on Monday.

Poor Sid! :(

I'm finally sitting down and having a spot of pumpkin pie for lunch. I just finished washing every single piece of the vintage Franciscan Ware and played "Cupboard Tetris" so we can finally put it to use. It's perfect timing for our intimate Thanksgiving II tonight. I just love these dishes! :)

But, I still have to clean the entire kitchen, dust the dining room and prep the meal. No rest for the wicked!

Sid !!! :( Source of many cuddles for us. Get better soon !!!

Even with 9 other cats and 2 pugs in the house, it feels a bit empty without my large Orca of a cat. I just hope his surgery goes well. Beyond that, I hope we can manage 6 weeks of Sid in a crate.

Wait, I think I'm out of the loop. Who's Sid? Poor Sid... whoever you are...
:(

Good gracious.
Eric Bana was on Chelsea Lately... holy shamoley he's f*cking hot hot hot. He is finer than frog hair. Wow!
Love him love him.

I need to get me to Australia...
:)

Sid is the Ginormous black and white Maine Coon mix that we received with his whiskers shaved off. He arrived after the bottle baby kittens and before the skitzy girl, Petra.
