I'm guessing that's a good thing, Sca, so congrats to your kid!

Moonie- I'm guessing that's a bad sign so I'm sorry.

Me- I love my new camera! This afternoon's project- downloading yesterday's pictures and see if anything's worth keeping. :)

Bummer.

On the plus side, she'll have the benefit of anonymity when she eventually decides to cheat on her spouse and crash a car.

Wow, y'all need to check out CP's latest pics on her blog from like a week ago! So strange to see her with a belly like that. And her latest entry is all about boobies, which I hear some people are into. :D

Oh, and it's hairy. A hairy frog. That's bizarre!

Yeah, that one is the weirdest of them all.

But this one is downright CUTE! (And quite popular with the ladies.)

On the weird creatures thing, I would really love to get one on these (NSFBTD):
Spoiler:

They are called Thorny Devils and are native to Australia. But alas, their diet is ants. Lots and lots of ants. I just don't want that in my house.

Interesting. Not much meat on it though.

Have you had kidney stones? Well, apparently, I do. I woke up on Wednesday with a pain in my gut that I thought was food poisoning. I got ready for work and even got as far as getting in the car and starting my commute, but the pain was too great, so I turned around and came home. I called in sick, and in a couple of hours the pain dissipated, so I chalked it up to some seriously bad indigestion. The next morning, the pain was back. This time, it was way worse. I paced around the house, not able to stand still. By the time I found myself dry heaving into the toilet from the pain, I realized that this might be something more serious than I initially thought. Heather was out of town, so I called 911, and wound up taking a short ambulance ride to a local hospital. It was quite an experience. In two short days, I got to experience my very first overnight hospital stay, catheter, and prostate exam. I was discharged last night, but the stone hasn't passed yet. I'm on some meds that will relax my muscles (and help the stone on its merry way out), but they make my legs ache like crazy. Isn't it fun to be a grown-up?
