She doesn't get a thread? Well... Happy birthday, Mindy!

Just sayin'

Might also be a demonstration case on why it is best to just use a Vegas chapel one weekend and skip the whole wedding planning pain in the ass.

Does dying while trying to climb from the bed to the cab of a moving pickup (speculation on my part), especially if it is being driven by an angry spouse, put you in the running for a Darwin?

My heart is singing from happiness. I got a writing complement from someone who matters to me.

Yay! Nice to get compliments, especially when you can trust the source.

I just got a package from UPS, so I opened it. It's Rose Bowl tickets and they look like they could be good seats! But Gary sold them so I'll never know.

I so wish we had the money to go!

I debated whether to put this in the "Fail" thread, start its own thread or just put it here. Here won.

Not for the easily offended religious folks. I found this quite funny (actually laughed out loud), but others may not find it as such (safe for work in the sense that there is not nudity, but some may take offense to it):

Spoiler:

From a BBC story

Astonishingly, that sign was put up by a church! (An Anglican one, and very progressive, but still, I was kind of surprised. Sounds like my kind of house o' worship.)
