Any hotter and I stay inside.

I too shoot in the low-mid-70's.

About the same on the back nine.

According to weather.com, the high for today in my current zipcode is forecast to be 83. The forecast temperature at 11AM is 79.

But right now, at 10:20AM, it says the current temperature is 82 (a likely accurate number judging by standing outside). I'm going to guess 83 is an optimistic forecast.

61% humidity is gross.

Having this studied this extensively, it is my experience that the forecasts routinely err on the low side by at least five degrees on hot days. I assume this is because the weather.com people have been bought off by our nation's Chambers of Commerce who assume, rightly in my case, that the higher the forecasted temperature, the more likely people are to say, "Fuch it, I ain't going anywhere."

I am so over this heat. Is it October soon?

Sweat

October is usually worse here than July. There's been decent cool breezes in the late afternoons. In October, it's horrible hot winds blowing through.
