I'm roasting a chicken for the Stoat (and for me too, truth be told) Oh, and of course the crispy roast potatoes to go with it. Ooer, naughty.

Last night was chicken tacos. Today it will be bbq meat cups. (cooked ground turkey, bbq sauce, little cheese put into a biscuit squished into a muffin tin to make a cup to hold it. bake.) and salad.

Italian Sausage/w Green Pepper & Onion on a Pane Roll, Corn on the Cob again (damn good right now and cheap) along with a salad.

Rat is on dinner patrol. I think it's fish again. Me, my dinner is a glass of Riesling. And another glass of Riesling. And maybe one or two after that.

Maddie had costco spinach raviolli. Biggest pain in the ass mess to clean up ever.

How could Ravioli from Costco be a pain in the ass to clean up...??!!

it has spinach and cheese. Both of which stick to flipin everything making it a huge pain to try and clean up. You'll be drying it and find more stuck somewhere and have to start all over.
