Yes, the lodge has a restaurant as well as a store, laundry and showers.

So, why aren't we staying at the lodge?

Because it's difficult to put up a tent in a hotel room.

Besides a hiking "date" that we've planned, Ken and I are planning on mostly sticking around camp this trip, so there's a good chance we'll be there if any of our folks arrive during an afternoon while everyone else is out. :)
