You know, I haven't seen it yet but one of the theatres here is doing it next season. Between August: Osage County and that I want to be in both.
:) We'll see if it's in the cards.

Good luck! I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was really quite clever and well done.

Here's a question. At the end of the song "For Now", the cast recording says "George Bush is only for now." Did they change the lyrics now that he's not in office?

My little star!

Many thanks to GC for passing on my exciting news and thanks everyone for your congratulations. I have been a little busy this week so this is the first time I've been on LoT since the big event.

Orion Kiyoma Kline was born at 8:42 AM on January 20. He was 7 pounds 10 ounces and 20 1/2 inches long. He has his Japanese (maternal) grandfather's eyes. He has quite a bit of medium dark hair which probably comes from his dad since his mom and her siblings were all bald at birth.

Dylan and Cassandra wanted names from mythology like their own names. They got the name Orion from watching Stargate. They watched Close Encounters Tuesday night before Cassandra went into labor and one of the things they discussed during the pregnancy was if they should start the kid on Star Wars IV or Star Wars I. So science fiction geekery is a given.

His middle name is a mash-up of his grandfathers' middle names but it's also a Japanese word meaning upright and honest.

I spent Wednesday and Thursday evenings with a sleeping baby on my lap for about two hours each time. There's nothing better than that. He is, of course, the most perfect baby I've ever seen, that is since the last perfect baby 29 1/2 years ago. Thursday night he finally woke up before I left and I got to see his beautiful dark eyes. I can't wait to get to know him better.

Photos later today.

Well, my boyfriend told me something over the phone (text) that has me smiling: he told me that he loved me. I'm in utter bliss now. :):):)

And Congratulations, Lindyhop!
