When any type of incident occurs {earthquakes, 9-11, the fires that shut down the schools, etc.} my husband has to be at work. He manages the building so he has to oversee what goes on, direct and help prevent problems.

It is quite upsetting to me because sometimes, we really need him here at home.

Hmm. A friend of mine works the nightshift in Auburn, WA. I've wondered how she does on nights like this....

One of my pet sitting cohorts is snowed in in BC at the moment.

Y'know, I think I understand men's sexuality quite a bit...but I'll never understand why something like this is sexy. Men. ;)

I don't know if this is "sexy". More like "sexy in its 'so stupid its funny and we get to see hot chicks doing stupid things just so we can look at hot chicks' kind of way"

Its a dumb guy thing.

Oh gawd. I wish I hadn't seen the beginning of 'The Medium'.

Dear my Bearded Dragons:

It is the dead of Winter. You should be sleeping. It is NOT Spring. You should not be horny. Knock it off!!

A reason why I may actually go to a soccer game for the first time in my life...

I am really sick of not having DSL at home... 2 weeks and no internet service. I have tried to call to report it, but 90 mins on hold, without ever talking to anyone really annoys me. *sigh*

On the plus side, it is supposed to snow here tomorrow. They are forcasting "novelty snow." It isn't expected to be very much, or to stick, but enough for us to say "wow."

Saturday Nickolas and I will be taking our final trip to DLR before our passes expire on Sunday. I am really looking forward to going, I just hope that the Grapevine will be open when we head out in the morning.
