Some campers at KOA campsites have signs outside their RVs. Wood signs usually that you can get from Knott's Berry Farm or someplace like that.
They'll read: "Jim-Tom and Annie Fishcrease from Azusa, CA." Are we going to make one for our campsite? Here's an example: ![]() |
No.

I'll make sure iSm packs his chainsaw. |
So for anyone who cares, I scrolled through the satellite maps (hey, I'm going to be arriving at night, need to have some idea what I'm doing). Basically, when you're on the 180 and you reach the river, it'll be on your right, and stay on your right for a long time. Very shortly after you cross to the other side of the river, the campground entrance will be on your left (assuming you're approaching from the Fresno side like me).

If you've gone to the end of the road, you've gone too far. ;) Sheep Creek is the FIRST campground in a series of 4 |

Oooh, chainsaw furniture!! Hasn't Kevy been dying to make an arts&crafts cabinet?? Maybe we can persuade him to make a slightly more rustic bench. Or maybe a wood-crafted hammock.
On a more serious note: I have no doubt that Swank Camp can be found .... once Swank Camp is established. But the pioneers (for lack of a more romantic term) must be able to find each other BEFORE THAT. (Otherwise, who decides where the real Swank Camp is????) Is anyone else going to the Dramatic Reading Party who has a spare radio??? |
Then why don't you decide to all meet at the entrance at an appointed hour?
