If I'm not working, I will be in Chicago every change I get! I ADORE that city. So, maybe, yes! I'd even let you do tequila shots while you give me your cash and your daughter and we go to that scary place.

Ewwwwww. Can I set this post to self distruct after 2 weeks?

No chance, NA. Tori just saw your post, and she has a memory that won't quit. And you know how she is about planning.....

I know some swanky places in Chicago, but Tequila isn't the drink of choice here. We could visit the Coq d'Or for an Executive Martini?

Oohhh- tres swanky!

I am going to Hawaii at the end of the month. All I'm paying for is my plane ticket! :)

Hawaii sounds nice and warm at the moment!

Have a great time!!

We've visiting family in Redmond. I don't even know how mobile we'll be. My parents will have a rental car, we may be able to commondere that, especially for some after-hours swankin' because I know my parents won't need the car that late.

We're thinking of checking out this place on Saturday. Looks swakny, and has a promising description of Saturday's music choice. But again, that depends on our car access. We could always do the taxi thing, too, but dont' know if we want to spring for that. I believe that's the Union district. Does parking there on a Saturday night suck as much as I expect it does?

Edit: Wait, looking at the map, I actually know the area pretty well. It's just north of Pioneer Square. Excellent, I can make my way around there.

Ooooh! You MUST go check this place out! It looks like a place Jason Bently would hang. ;)

I also LOVE their tag:
  • dress smart
  • be positive
  • play responsibly
Sort of what we're promoting here!:)

Ah, the Belltown area. Very swanky indeed! Parking in Belltown on a Saturday night sucks more than you can possibly imagine. The bus is strictly squaresville, but service between Seattle and the eastside has improved greatly and is an option for those who are without a car or who don't want to be responsible for a car by the end of the evening. Redmond is my home town, you dig? Just down the street from the evil empire. There was a great Italian place in Redmond but it changed hands and it's not as great any more. There's a cool little teahouse down town that has a great house blend. Not exactly swanky, but groovy nonetheless.
