Please don't eat the daisies!

I'm having home-made (flour) tortilla chips and a root beer.

There are scallop potatoes in the oven.

I have a rack of baby back ribs in the oven. First time making them without a grill (which I need to get very soon). I found one recipe that called for cooking them in orange juice, another calling for pineapple juice. I didn't have either so they are now cooking in cranberry juice. My improvisation has made Matthew nervous but I'm sure they will be fine. :)

I was going to be all good and have a ginormous salad when I get home tonight, but then I checked my law review box and someone left me chocolates....

I dunno! I'm still at work and I didn't bring dinner! And the boss says "stay later, we'll pay you!" And to this, I say, "OK!"

My monkey's makin' me orange chicken and rice for dinner - oh what wonderful service!

I have cookies.

Matterhorn Fan 05-30-2006 07:44 PM

What kind of cookies?

Kevy Baby 05-30-2006 07:46 PM

Stew is on it's way.

Why is it that stew is better reheated after aging in the refrigerator?

BarTopDancer 05-30-2006 07:48 PM

Chocolate chip cookies.

And KB, it's because the flavors absorb into each other.
