Treadmill Tuesday and Thursday this week. Double-header of indoor soccer on Wed. night. I'm trying to keep my weekly mileage at about 15 miles. So far I'm having a hard time getting in runs on the weekends. It's too cold to run outside; during the week I use the treadmill at the work gym

I've been meaning to measure my running route (our complex's parking lot) using Gmaps Pedometer. I finally did...I ran a mile yesterday! I haven't run a full mile in, oh, 13 years or so. :eek:
