Not true!
I was a vegetarian for years and it was always the smell of bacon that drew me back to the dark side.

Almost every vegetarian or ex-vegetarian I know agree, it was the bacon that did me in!

Now, I do agree, getting rid of the fried bacon smell can be a problem later in the day when the last thing you want to smell is bacon grease.

For me, if anything drew me back it would be really good biscuits and gravy. I don't want bacon anymore.

Don't ever visit Arthurs in La Habra. They have GREAT biscuits and gravy.

Bacon? Not so much. That which drew me back to the dark side once every Christmas is the ham-cream cheese-green onion pinwheels my mom makes. But it wasn't so much a "drawn to the dark side" as it was a decision made before I ever arrived at my parents' home.

But it IS a pig product. I'll give you that.

Your recipe starts with 20 pounds of meat. How many should that serve?

Bacon did it for this ex-veggie, too! I only eat it about twice a year, but...mmmm!
