As usual, I have arrived fashionable late to the bday wish party. I guess that means I must bring the biggest package. Don't worry, your gift isn't in a box. Although...eh nevermind.

On this important birthday (important only because society places importance on round numbers) a special guest wishes to join me in wishing you a happy birthday.

This is Julie Andrews. Thirty years ago, Jennie (whatever her maiden name is) was born. A bunch of stuff happened. Then she met GD at some Tulip Parade or something. Then, they got married I think. The important part of this story is that she met NirvanaMan in 2004. Everything became grand. His love of Nirvana and quoting of pop culture and 90's band lyrics entertained the petite CP. Movie sleepovers, Taco night, Car-B-Que's. Columbus Day partying, and many a game of "Battle" later she arrives at the round old age of 30. Still one of the only people entertained by NM's quirky sense of humour, we celebrate Jennie's b-day (even though she thought NM was gay at first). And the greatest thing about round birthdays, is that you can apparently celebrate them over and over again for years to come, with a lesson taken from DL. Let the magic begin.
