Had corned beef sandwich for lunch, and cabbage with dinner. Dinner was chicken stuffed with spinach, cheese, and sour cream and wrapped with bacon. Bacon's Irish, right? :) No I didn't color it green. :)

Not a big fan of CB&C, but I imagine that's why you'll find a lot more Irish bars than restaurants - Now if only I had some Jameson's...

So, thanks to wenchybeth, instead of watching The Quiet Man for St. Pat's I decided to watch The Parent Trap instead. Maureen O'Hara's in that, too.

We're watching The Fellowship of the Rings. It's not Irish, per se, but Tolkein was a Roman Catholic......
