The page has been giving me trouble on and off, so I'll summarize:

Dude lost the end of his finger in an accident. He was getting reconstructive surgery, an artificial finger tip. The surgeon found out he's a hacker, so they came up with a better idea - USB finger drive. So now he walks around with a bootable linux distribution, literally at his fingertips.

ETA: Oh yeah, and he's got a copy of Freddy Got Fingered on it. Hahahaha.

ETA yet more: Ah, the first image below is not him. That was someone's design project where they posited such a thing. The 2nd pic is the real deal.

It is, though now that I think of it, it would suck to watch a movie sticking your finger in the USB slot the whole time.
