I say we all grab sites. The coolest one is the Swank Camp.

That's not a bad idea (the meeting time, not the freeforall).

You know, I hardly think you can use the term "pioneer" if you're going to be using radios.

I'm just baffled by this whole concept. It seems really unnecessary, but have at it "pioneers".

Many of you amuse me. When you all really start to organize for Japan I'll be really amused.

What if the radios don't work?

What if a car breaks down?

What if a tree blocks the road?

What if the campground is closed?

What if the river overflows?

What if we all camp at different campgrounds?

What if we never find each other in the US's deepest canyon on a dead end road in a campground with only 111 sites?

What if it takes all day to peruse each of the 111 sites in great detail?

And. who is going to Rank the Swank on each and every campsite?

I'm staying out of that one. I'll be at TDS at the appointed day, otherwise I'm going to enjoy Tokyo at my own pace.
