Any time I am out (maybe once a month) he will wait for me to get home. He will also call me to "check in." Last night it was very nice to come home to a smiling, loving face.

Yea, but they really need to get a new way to do the meetings - live chat just isn't cutting it for them.

LOL!:D

I am not sure what your reaction was, but this part just made the rest of the night okay. How sweet that Nickolas waited for Mom. It put a smile on my face.

Me, too. :)

We went nuts at the mall. Big bucks at Teavana, Williams-Sonoma, and my nemesis - Nordstrom. So much for budgeting...

Wow! This story is awful! I am so horrified that anyone would act that way. :( :(

I'm now thanking my lucky stars that I've never worked with people that horrible.

There should be plenty of embarassed people wandering around tomorrow. Luckily I can walk in with my head held high. I tried to be social, so the only thing I may end up being guilty of is inadvertantly putting my foot in my mouth. Since I tend to do that on a daily basis, I'm not too concerned.

the DJ/bartender company is a client of ours, I hope last night doesn't cost us their business. The guy who owns it is a truly nice guy. It is embarassing to think of how he and his crew were treated.

For some reason, late January, after a cold spell, is a bad time to try to find an electric blanket.

I had Ethopian food for dinner at about 6:00. It's 10:40 and I'm starving! Now I understand why there is hunger and starvation in Ethopia. ;)

I've never had Ethiopian food. What's it like, and where do you get it (besides the obvious answer of, yes, Ethiopia)?
