My sister is approaching the end of an 8 month long major remodel of their house. It, of course, hasn't been 100% smooth, but they have managed to deal with all the problems as they've come up and, about 6 months in, they're still right on schedule. Rather impressive, really.

That is impressive. I've been there, and was three months late on completion, and had to build a cabnit in the bathroom to finish it myself!
