While I am somewhat jealous because I could use a sick day, that is just too much vomiting. I hope you feel better soon.

So, one of the high muckety-mucks on this floor has decided to start bringing her dog to work. Her large dog. Never mind that the rest of us can't bring in pets. Never mind that this floor is overflow space shared by several units, so it's not just her own underlings that are subjected to this dog. Never mind that this is a public building, so bringing the non-service animal inside every day and giving us all doggy show and tell every afternoon is a violation of the state administrative code (and distracting, but apparently that's not a concern here). No, she's near the top of the food chain, and the one person who was above her and used to object moved on, so now she gets to bring fido in. Because it's just soooooo important that Ms. Assistant Vice President for Regional Affairs get that quality of life boost from having her pooch present at all times, even if no one else can.

That is sucky Pru. Did anyone report her to the state board or some other higher up in the school administrative office where they would be able to say no pets allowed?

Yikes, I had a double dose of LSP on Sunday - We even slow danced.

Feel better!

(How's Tom? Canary in the coal mine and all that.)

Did anyone else used to think it was really funny to tell people, "Happy VD day" when they were little? :D

Only on Veteran's Day, when it was really offensive.

I remember my tenth grade English teacher turning beet red when a cheerleader in our class, commenting on his Valentine's pin, said "Mr. Law, I see you have a heart on today."

Oh no! So sorry to hear about this LSPE. I knew you were under the weather on Monday but wasn't aware of the turn for the worse. Hope you feel better real soon!
