I'm thinking about doing a cookout tonight. The good news is I won't have to mess around with any charcoal. I'll just drop the meat on the grill and it should cook just fine.

It's currently a lovely 77 degrees here in Long Beach.

I just got in from working in the garden. Things are coming along nicely!

A coworker pointed out that there is a sandwich shop in Santa Ana called the Pumper Pickle. The name amuses me.

It is very close to my office: I may need to pay them a visit.

"Pickle Pumper", however, would be something entirely different.

I think I used to eat at the Pumper Pickle.

My eldest just back from Paris. She brought back the graphic novel, Kiki de Montparnasse. It's fabulous.
