I think need remedial FaceBook lessons. There are odd options that SHOULD be there that aren't the there are things that just "happen" without you being able to comment on them, and then there's the confusion about being "me" and being the "other me's" (ie: Inspired Adornments and Alpha Pet Care). I'm sure I will figure it all out soon, but, in the meantime, I'm posting lots of duplicate shyt.

Well, at least I know what to expect going in this time. No last minute announcements from the patient the night before the surgery of, "oh, if they have to do a hysterectomy while they are in there, I'm okay with that."

She dropped that little bombshell on me just as we were going to bed the night before the surgery.
