I've just been set up with a brand new laptop at work. It's great (Latitude D820), but I loathe the process of getting a new system up to speed. It's weeks before all my apps' settings are the way I like them and I get used to the quirks. Grrr.

I don't blame you for being upset ! Insist on having your old one back immediately ! :p

3/5s of our ticket staff called in sick today - so I get some extra work, and a few extra dollars... Good thing I had a big breakfast.

What sort of symptoms?

We moved offices today. I am now living in a cube farm. This will probably result in less time online at work since anyone walking by can basically see whatever I'm doing on my computer. Very sucky.

Oh! I hope your kitty gets better soon! I hate it when our fuzzy little friends are sick. :(
