Oh, and for anyone remotely curious, the ribs are done and they came out perfect. The cranberry juice added a vague acidity although the Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce overpowered the cranberry flavoring. The meat fell right off the bone.

I may never grill ribs again.

Tonight my snack was everything in my fridge or cupboard.

Either you're binging or you really need to go grocery shopping.

(Everything? Even bouillion cubes?)

Just orange juice here...The girls are getting tonights leftovers, everything but the meat, PoohDog gets that. After having an unexpected child walk through the door at dinner time, there isn't enough left to feed anyone tomorrow.

Juicy Pear Jelly Bellies, and later, a BMT sandwich from Subway

Ok, now that it is closer to midnight, I am going to behave and have a big cup of ice water. The icecream in the freezer is really calling my name, but icewater sounds better right now.

The girls are grubbing on mashed potatos and corn and Pooh scarffed the rest of the salisbury steak.

No midnight snack here, but I did have a bagel with Nutella this morning. Mmm mmm good! :)

To be fair, I don't have any bouillion cubes. I did eat a lot though. Pretzel crisps, a whole bag of Smart Pop butter popcorn, and a light ice cream sandwich. I think that's it. I also had baked beans and a hot dog and a pita with turkey and pepper jack for dinner.

We are trying ....ahem....tofu dogs this evening. I'm a pretty adventurous eater and I do enjoy tofu in various dishes and yet, I'm not expecting this to be good. I'm just tired of being asked if we can try them.

I think tonight is going to be a wonderful lesson in "Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it".
