Jarvie Cocker - Disney Time

How come they're called "Adult Movies" when the only thing they show is people making babies filmed up close? I'm feeling so much better since I learned to avert my eyes: now it's Disney Time.

Not in front of the children; fill their head with dreams. And hope to be like Bambi's mother -& die off-screen. So you can tell your children everything's gonna be fine now it's Disney Time.

At Easter and Christmas they granted us a view of the world so much better than the one we knew. Everyone can share the Magic - for thirty minutes at a time. Here in Disney Time. Here in Disney Time.

I love the Jarvis solo album (and I always loved Pulp) - if you get the CD, make sure not to miss the "hidden track" at the end.

As far as Charlotte Gainsbourg, does anyone here remember "Lemon Incest"? I have a Serge DVD set that has the video... yowch.

OK, Grinderman.... I posted it in Sooo...

But.... NICE.

Yeah, I can't get enough Grinderman lately.

I'm listening to Grinderman and it's making me think Doors.

Hot Fuzz.

I love this soundtrack.

And I just bought it.

Thank you, and have a good night.

Sophie Berkal-Sarbit: The Gypsy in my Soul. Must have. Her voice is amazing. (And I just used up my last emusic download for a week or so. :( )

I've long awaited the next Arcade Fire album. Found it was released yesterday and am now giving it a first listen. Not disappointed at all. Different from their first but still very much their distinct sound. Dig it. Snaps up all around.

Also bought Amy Winehouse and was blown away. And Blonde Redhead. Very cool listening this afternoon.

Though I put quite the dent in my food budget for next 10 days.

I keep listening to oddities such as Pat Boone singing R&B Classics, and How Many Clowns Can You Cram In A Car (Music for Little People).
