OMG is it ever! NM and I had the pleasure of visiting one of the panoramic view suites on our trip last spring. Three bedrooms, 4 baths, bar, flat screens in every room, massage room, you name it! Sweet suite! Oh! If you want to get the VIP treatment, have a theme for your group (we were all dressed as super heroes). That was a swanky way to do Vegas.

I used to work at the Winchester House and gave several flashlight tours of the place. Please be advised, in most cases the tours from 8PM to about 9:30 are usually loaded with someone that's inebriated (or a group of someones.) The tours go in every 10 minutes so the house is usually packed with people.

I would personally recommend trying to be on the first couple of tours that start at 7 (or is it 6 now?) That way you get the house for the most part to yourself, you don't have to worry about people wondering around from other tours and you might even get to see sludge.

The guides are supposed to share stories of strange experiences that have happened over time at the mansion, some do, some don't. The tour that you get is the same one you can take during the day with the strange experiences mixed in. That's the only difference.

Thanks Lashbear, I'm happy to join this hip community, I'm just working on finding my groove.:)

Just be you !!

For example: I'm so un-hip, it's a wonder my bum doesn't fall off. But I still have fun

(Now what other hip places can I suggest for 2007... I know... the La Brea Tar-pits. :D )
