You'll need to talk to the designer of the flyer (the graphic at the bottom is also low-res). I simply "printed" the flyer to a PDF.

Printing to what? If it is your desktop printer, it will probably look okay. The file in the posted JPEG is low res.

If it is a stock Mircrosoft image, it is probably just 72 dpi.

Yes we have an outdoor outlet for anyone who needs to plug in for demonstrating purposes....bring an extension cord T, since the plug is under one of the eaves of the garage (put there for Christmas lights).
