Dear Lane Bryant,
I like this necklace!
I notice that you're calling it "Moreno" glass in the header, and "Moranoe" glass in the body of the entry. And I'm not sure, but I think you might actually mean "Murano," the glass that is made on the island of Murano, which is in Venice, Italy.
I know. I know that the people of the United States have come up with all kinds of appropriations for things Italian (Turin instead of Torino, Florence instead of Firenze, pizza with dry shredded cheese and all matter of toppings instead of bread and fresh buffalo mozzarella, basil and tomatoes...) But neither of those is the accepted spelling.
Unless, of course, by using multiple spellings that are close enough to the right one, you're leading us to believe that the glass beads are from Italy without explicitly lying. Perhaps they're only from Moreno's Glass in Corpus Christi, TX, if they are now doing baubles instead of car windows.
Who am I to complain? Well, it wouldn't matter if I'd fallen in love with Murano a few years ago and tragically lost my carry-on containing the prettiest blue and green vase a girl could dream of. And it wouldn't matter if I produced websites for a living and embraced pedantry as a way of life. What matters is that I'm a girl who likes a fashion website to be run by people who know what they're doing, and who use the correct terminology as a nationally-known business ought to.
Kisses,
LSPE
PS: Stop it with the satin shirts. They don't look good on anyone for whom you're making clothes.
