If there are enough folks interested, I may consider making a purchase of a certain type of stove-top espresso maker. That plus a saucepan full of milk and we'd be good for lattes and cappuccinos (and I just *happen* to have a Peet's coffee near me!), which would go quite well I think with pancakes and fruit, yes?

So, here's the question: who would drink espresso-based beverages?

While I love me a cappuccino, I'll offer one word of caution - most of the camp espresso makers I've seen can serve only a couple espressos per set-up, meaning you could spend most of your morning playing barista if you're not careful. I think distributed coffee production will be necessary to et all us campers moving if they are as caffeine dependent as I am.

I have to admit when I'm camping I make regular coffee and dump in copious amounts of International Delight flavored coffee. I'm purely going for the buzz at that point.

To the right is the Bacon line. To the left is the Cappuccino line.

Is someone bringing stanchions for the queues and trivia cards for the "last piece/cup" contest? ;)

Apparently much time will be saved on my part for not drinking coffee or eating pigs.

So, will there be any hiking or sightseeing involved?

Or will it be a weekend featuring people sitting around the campfire wolfing Bacon and sipping cappuccino in our evening slippers?

:p

Hmmm - I wonder if I can find some silk camping pajamas...

If I have it my way, there will be plenty of both activities.
